About Delta One

Delta One’s lead inspector Rick Jankela has decades of experience in the real estate industry as a property inspector, construction superintendent, foreman, estimator, electrician and field project manager. Rick’s background enables him to analyze a property from every vantage point, providing a unique level of expertise for home buyers, sellers, and agents. He is a California native that’s worked on both residential and commercial projects, including projects for some of the biggest brands like D.R. Horton, Toll Brothers, Walmart, Starbucks, 7-11, HP, and Sun Microsystems.
